Why should I return my jars?

As a home fragrance brand offering products at a great price point, we’re very aware of consumerism. We know we have a brilliant product and we’re not afraid to tell you that. But….we’re also very aware of the effect that this has on the planet in many ways.

We want to be sustainable and we want to be eco-friendly which is why we’ve introduced our jar return service.

How does it work?

  • Enjoy your Bailiwick Flame products in your home and keep your empty jars/bottles and lids somewhere safe

  • When you have collected 5 empty jars/bottles and lids (or more) drop them off to our central town location, leaving your name, email address and mobile number with them

  • Receive a 10% discount code for each ‘drop off’ *minimum of 5 vessels

Where do i return my used jars?

Please return your used vessels to Tonic salon. Our drop off times are

TUESDAY - FRIDAY

10AM - 5PM

The salon address is

19 La Colomberie, St. Helier.

Located in Colomberie in between Slomans Estate Agents and We Fix Mobiles. Please leave your vessels in a bag in the dedicated box - you’ll find this in the hallway ‘nook’ downstairs.

Is there anything else i need to know?

We’re really glad you asked that! Yes, there are a few terms and conditions that we really need you to read and understand.

  • Your vessels must be in a reusable condition (this one is super important). They must not be cracked, chipped, or heavily marked. They must also have their lids. Any vessels not in a reusable condition will not be counted.

  • We don’t require the vessels to be clean but should you wish to do this you can place it in a pan of boiling water. The remaining wax will melt and this can be poured in the bin (not down the sink). You can then clean the jar in warm, soapy water.

  • Your 10% discount will be sent to the email address provided at drop off so please check your junk folder.

  • Discounts are single use only and are for a minimum of 5 jars

  • Please make a note of our drop off opening times so you don’t make a wasted journey.
